Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
We are unable to provide return/refund assistance for the following:

- Gift Cards
- Exchanges of any kind
- Any used products
- Shipping costs
- Items not purchased through purebbleusa.com
- Items outside our 30-day satisfaction guarantee
If you received a damaged, defective, or wrong item, please bring it to our attention by sending your order number with a photo to support@purebbleusa.com.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
