That's terrible news! We recommend contacting your shipping courier first. If they are unable to assist and your order has not arrived within 4 weeks of your order date, please send us an email at support@purebbleusa.com explaining the situation along with your order number so we can help make things right.

All ground orders will be processed in approximately 1-3 business days from when the order was placed. Orders placed on the weekend or a holiday will start being processed the next business day. Thank you for your patience as our small team works to get your order to you as fast as possible.

Purebble has obtained the five star seal from Dermatest in Germany. Dermatest is an independent dermatological institute that was established in 1978. The five star seal is the highest possible rating that indicates maximum safety for your skin.

Although Dermatest is not as well known in the States, the rating carries a very strong reputation in Korea where our headquarters are located. Our products were clinically tested for 4 weeks for effectiveness and safety, and we are proud to say that our products received the highest rating possible. It is our understanding that the five star seal is difficult to receive and that it indicates our dedication and sincerity to provide only the best for our loved ones.
